PCB Announces Schedule of Domestic Season 2021-2022:

The Pakistan Cricket Board on 8th August, announced the Schedule of Domestic Season 2021-2022. The domestic season will commence with National T20 Cup followed by Quaid-e-Azam Trophy and Pakistan Cup. There will be 3 Second 11 competitions as well. Afterwards there will also be National U19 Championship which includes 3 Day Matches and One-Day Cup. An Under 16 and Under 13 One Day Cup will also be played in this period.

The PCB has spread out the matches of domestic season 2021-2022 in 11 different cities. This is indeed a huge step that Pakistan Cricket Board is considering other venues in the country as well. The Matches of 2021-2022 Domestic Schedule will be played in the following cities:

  • Karachi
  • Lahore
  • Islamabad
  • Faisalabad
  • Gujranwala
  • Multan
  • Quetta
  • Muridke
  • Rawalpindi
  • Sheikhupura
  • Sialkot

Further details on match by match schedule of these events will be revealed later. PCB also confirmed that most of the first XI matches will be televised and no performance can be overlooked. Opportunities have been provided by the PCB at all levels, as there are U19, U16 and U13 tournaments organized as well.
